You will also be responsible for training and educating our bank partners' staff on our products and services, helping them to build their skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide financial advice and solutions tailored to the needs of our bank partners' customers, ensuring compliance with Sharia principles and regulations.
• Work closely with our bank partners to understand their customers' needs and provide them with comprehensive financial solutions.
• Use our proprietary software, such as the Prudential Sharia Life Assurance System (PSLAS), to manage and process financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Train and educate our bank partners' staff on our products and services, helping them to build their skills and knowledge in the financial services industry.
• Monitor and report on the performance of our financial solutions, providing insights and recommendations to improve our products and services.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and promote our financial solutions to our bank partners and their customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and provide our bank partners with the latest information and resources to help them stay compliant and competitive.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our bank partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on Sharia-compliant products and services.
• Strong knowledge of Sharia principles and regulations, and a commitment to ethical business practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and our proprietary software, such as the Prudential Sharia Life Assurance System (PSLAS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.
