📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the hospital facility, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the facility.
• Work closely with various departments to ensure that all maintenance needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facility maintenance and general affairs, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations in a healthcare facility.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
