In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a team of staff, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring that our facilities meet health and safety standards. You'll also play a key role in developing and implementing training programs for our staff, as well as promoting our Pickleball initiatives within the local community.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of Pickleball courts, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.
• Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and facility upkeep.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement safety protocols.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff, focusing on customer service, safety, and facility management.
• Promote Pickleball initiatives within the local community, and work with local organizations to expand our reach.
• Monitor facility usage and performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all members and guests, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports facility management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Pickleball rules, equipment, and facility management best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and work effectively with vendors and service providers.
• Proven ability to develop and implement training programs and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
