As a Barista & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of our café operations, ensuring every cup of coffee and pastry is a masterpiece. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages using high-quality coffee beans and espresso machines.
• Assist in the preparation of freshly baked pastries and desserts, ensuring they are presented beautifully.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including equipment and work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in coffee preparation and customer service.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a coffee shop or café environment, preferably as a barista or customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques, including espresso, drip, and pour-over.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee, baking, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in coffee preparation a plus.
