📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Oversee payroll processes, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and payment processing.
• Work closely with the HR team to ensure that compensation and benefits programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
• Analyze payroll data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure that all payroll processes are accurate and efficient, with a focus on minimizing errors and delays.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in local regulations and industry best practices in compensation and benefits.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll Management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using payroll software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
