As an E-Commerce Logistics Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing our inventory using tools like Shopify and Zoho Inventory, coordinating with our delivery partners to ensure timely order dispatch, and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory using Shopify and Zoho Inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.
• Coordinate with delivery partners to schedule and track order dispatches, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain detailed records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery statuses.
• Assist in the preparation and packaging of orders, ensuring they are shipped in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and manage our return and exchange processes, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with our return policies.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and implement improvements in our logistics operations.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of our warehouse, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns related to order fulfillment and delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as Shopify or Zoho Inventory.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and accurate, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and delivery systems, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
