📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company policies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Monitor and report sales performance to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
