Crown Byte Nusantara is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team in Madiun, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and ensuring their effective distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical sales and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to increase market share and revenue.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product growth.,Provide medical education and training to healthcare professionals.,Monitor and report sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with the marketing and R&D teams to develop and implement sales strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and market trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
