📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial operations of SingHealth Polyclinics in Bali, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of financial goals.,Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to optimize the financial performance of the organization.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.,Monitor and control the financial performance of the organization, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with at least 3 years in a management position.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Experience in healthcare finance is a plus.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
