📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation, including salary administration, bonuses, and incentives.,Lead HR training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with management to address HR issues and provide strategic advice on workforce planning.,Ensure that HR practices are aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in using HR software and systems is a plus.
