📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective account management strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.,Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, monitoring their performance and addressing any issues promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell existing clients.,Provide regular reports and updates to clients, keeping them informed about the status of their properties.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.,Attend and participate in client meetings, events, and conferences as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the property management industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
