📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and prospects in the tourism and hospitality industry.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the tourism industry.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products/services.,Negotiate and close sales deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales promotion strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism or hospitality industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
