📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and managing event logistics.,Provide exceptional customer service to event guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Prepare and present food and beverage service during events, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area, including setting up and breaking down equipment and decorations.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and efficient service during events.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events, ensuring smooth operations.,Keep accurate records of event details, guest information, and service performance.,Promote our banquet services to potential clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a banquet or catering role is preferred but not required.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Willingness to work remote and occasionally travel to event locations.
