Web Data Mandiri is looking for a talented and experienced Area Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our operations in the Parepare region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations in the Parepare region.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Coordinate with the national team to ensure alignment with company goals.,Manage a team of sales representatives and ensure they are trained and motivated.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges in the region.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a sales or marketing position.,Proven track record of success in managing teams and operations.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
