📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and gaps through data analysis and employee feedback.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching and mentoring to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them achieve their professional development goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.,Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
