📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned retail stores, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, inventory, and customer service, and implement corrective actions as needed.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including health and safety standards.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.,Lead the implementation of new store initiatives and programs to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
