📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians,Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels,Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards,Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate medication dispensing,Provide guidance and support to the team to improve their performance,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs,Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure high standards of service,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry,Proven track record in team management and supervision,Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software,Familiarity with local and international pharmaceutical regulations🛠️ Keahlian
