Base Local Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Learning Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to helping employees grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver learning and development programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization and its employees.,Identify training needs and develop a comprehensive learning and development plan.,Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support employee development.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and HR to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall employee experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the learning and development team.,Report on the impact of learning and development initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
