📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to senior management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.,Handle special projects and tasks as assigned by senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
