Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the company's performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors, providing them with the necessary support and resources to achieve their goals.,Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase the company's market share and revenue.,Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws and regulations, and that all employees are aware of and adhere to the company's policies and procedures.,Develop and implement employee training and development programs to improve the skills and knowledge of the company's workforce.,Monitor and evaluate the company's financial performance, and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events and conferences.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business travel.,A strong commitment to the company's values and mission.🛠️ Keahlian
