🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in operations management within the property or technology sector.
• Proven track record of leading operational teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong knowledge of property management software such as Yardi, OnQ, or REI.
• Certification in operational excellence or project management is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Understanding of the Bali property market and local regulations.
