ORACLE Sentosa is looking for a Deputy Talent Acquisition to join our team in Magelang. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Support the recruitment team in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels.,Conduct initial interviews and screen potential candidates.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee referral programs.,Support the recruitment team in managing the recruitment process from start to finish.,Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
