📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for various positions within the clinic.
  • Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of job postings.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment Specialist to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Passion for providing high-quality dental care.
