📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Oversee and coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain stock.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing support.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.,Assist in preparing and managing the restaurant's budget.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and budgeting.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
