Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media and other digital platforms.Edit and enhance video footage to create high-quality, professional videos.Conduct research and gather information about architectural designs and real estate properties to inform content creation.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement content strategies.Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's voice and visual identity.Monitor and analyze the performance of content to identify areas for improvement.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and video editing.Assist in the development of new projects and ideas for content creation.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Proven experience as a Content Creator or Video Editor, preferably in the architecture and real estate industry.Strong portfolio showcasing your work in content creation and video editing.Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling narratives.Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.🛠️ Keahlian
