📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources.,Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and meet or exceed targets.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the fruit industry or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
