📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and team members.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Understanding of marketing principles and strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
