📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees throughout the training process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide training events and seminars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development roles.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
